Appointments & Cancellations
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed appointments may incur a cancellation fee.

Treatment Results
Results may vary depending on individual skin type, body composition, medical history, and lifestyle factors. Hairchitect Medspa Beauty Lounge by JHB Management LLC does not guarantee specific results.

Health & Safety
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete health information prior to receiving any treatment. Hairchitect Medspa Beauty Lounge by JHB Management LLC is not liable for adverse effects resulting from incomplete, withheld, or inaccurate information.

Pricing & Promotions
All prices, offers, and promotions are subject to change without prior notice. Unless otherwise stated, promotions cannot be combined.

Liability
Clients are advised not to bring valuables to the spa. Hairchitect Medspa Beauty Lounge by JHB Management LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings. By receiving services, clients release Hairchitect Medspa Beauty Lounge by JHB Management LLC, its owners, and staff from liability for outcomes that fall within reasonable professional standards.
